 Meet Daniel Calkins
Daniel Calkins pioneered Buyer Representation in the late 80's. 5 years later, North Carolina officially sanctioned the practice. Working with buyers to achieve their dreams "has always been my passion". With the advent of the internet in 1993, he saw the tremendous potential technology had for serving the publics real estate needs. Self taught in HTML, he became what Realtors call an e-Pro, a technology certification held by about 1% of all Realtors world wide. His vision for a community web site that would make a substantial impact on the community has led to nearly 40 local portals that serve areas in and around the Charlotte region. He has been ahead of the wave in customer service ever since. He lives in South Charlotte with his wife Isabel and their two adopted children, Carina and Timothy.
 Meet Trace Banks
Trace Banks is a native of Charlotte. He flew kites as a young boy where today many of Charlotte's main landmarks now stand. Trace has combined his passion for serving people with an unusual knack for pricing real estate. This has allowed our team to maintain their goal of selling their listings on average in less than two months. Far less than typically expected from most Realtors! Today Trace and his new bride Kristen live in the South Park Community where they are active in their church and are planning a family...
